What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults to identify communication challenges and strengths.
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy sessions in an engaging and enjoyable manner.
- Develop and implement clear, actionable therapy plans and reports that highlight how communication challenges affect daily life.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families, offering practical strategies to support communication development.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Teachers, Psychologists, and other professionals in the South East Melbourne region to support client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings, professional development sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
