We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our client, a well known Residential Aged Care organisation in Latrobe, Tasmania. This state of the art, 67 room facility, is seeking an experienced Aged Care Nurse with 2-3 years of experience to join the team working the below shift line
- Sunday - Wednesday | Night Shift
- Permanent | Latrobe TAS

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate each client’s individual person-centred care needs
- Consultation and education with the client and or family member or representative
- Administer patient medication, ensuring it complies with legislative requirements
- Ensure correct and accurate documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Observing and recording patient’s behaviour
- Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse within Aged Care
- Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centred approach to providing care and services
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Standards
