What You’ll Do:
- Assess children, adolescents, and young adults to identify sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and social engagement.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to client goals and strengths.
- Provide clear, actionable strategies and reports to support clients in their home, school, or community environments.
- Build supportive relationships with families and other professionals, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Work closely with team members and external partners such as teachers and pediatricians to support the client’s progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, session notes, and progress updates.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
