Our client is a well-known not for profit organisation located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This role requires the successful incumbent to provide guidance and assessment to their clients seeking Home Support Services.
To be successful you must have:
- A current employment WWCC
- A current national police check (no more than 3 months old)
- Experience working in busy environments or in customer-facing roles
- Previous experience working in a not for profit environment or in an environment supporting disadvantaged individuals and families
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Answering phones
- Assessing calls and directing accordingly
- Providing intensive customer service to clients
- Overflow administration work
- Other Ad-hoc duties
