Our client is currently seeking a Training and Administration Officer responsible for the administration of the training lifecycle; including the policies, processes and systems to deliver training administration.

Our client is currently seeking a Training and Administration Officer responsible for the administration of the training lifecycle; including the policies, processes and systems to deliver training administration.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in a professional environment, with exposure to administrative duties
  • Professional telephone skills and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • High level computer skills - MS Word and Excel

 

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Respond to queries related to the regulations that govern the training programs
  • Answer inbound telephone enquiries and emails; resolve straight forward queries and refer more complex enquiries to the appropriate staff member
  • Assist and support the Training Assessment staff during busy periods and cover for leave
  • Attend to a range of tasks and assignments as delegated from time to time by the Team lead / or the Training and Assessment Manager.
  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety requirements
