Our client is a residential and commercial roof plumbing specialist, with over ten years’ experience in the industry

They have created a highly qualified and well respected team who understand that attention to detail and quality work is important. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts All Rounder to join their growing team.

 

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Intuit (essential)
  • Previous experience within an accounts role
  • Previous experience within a trades based organisation is advantageous
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent computer and skills

 

You responsibilities will include;

  • Internal payroll
  • Paying suppliers
  • Creating and managing purchase orders for sub-contractors
  • Invoicing
  • Managing cashflow and company budgets
  • Apprentice management (claiming incentives etc)
  • Maintaining insurances
  • Managing the accounts emails and any other ad-hoc duties which may be required within the office
