Bookkeeper/ Accounts Manager

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager to join their team until February 2022

Our client is an Occupational Health and Safety and Industrial Hygiene specialist who have been around for almost 20 years and have offices Australia wide.


To be successful for this role you must have;

  • Preferably a tertiary qualification in finance or commerce
  • Proficiency in MYOB Exo
  • Demonstrated experience in foreign exchange
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent computer and skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Preparing BAS and IAS statements  for the Accountant
  • Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Being a source of knowledge and advice for staff members
  • Overseeing payroll for an external company
  • Conduct Intercompany transfers
  • Processing Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Foreign exchange management
