Operations Manager

$90,000 + Super



We are looking for a switched on Operations Manager to work at our clients 50 bed Aged Care facility.

  To be successful in this position you will have previously worked in Aged Care and have a strong understanding of the sector and the Aged Care Standards.


This role will require you to take the lead to ensure the team is working to the Aged Care Standards for efficient and effective management of all operations.  Ensuring the Home achieves organisational objectives, legislative requirements, government standards and best practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Standards
  • Ensuring Residents Care and Service is  supreme  - being the link where required between residents, families, staff and external bodies
  • Financial Oversight including new resident interviews and admissions
  • Property improvements
  • Continuous Improvement


You will be supported by a strong team of professionals.  Your role will be to ensure processes are adhered to, deadlines are met, essential meetings are conducted and recorded.
