To be successful in this position you will have previously worked in Aged Care and have a strong understanding of the sector and the Aged Care Standards.
This role will require you to take the lead to ensure the team is working to the Aged Care Standards for efficient and effective management of all operations. Ensuring the Home achieves organisational objectives, legislative requirements, government standards and best practice.

You will be supported by a strong team of professionals. Your role will be to ensure processes are adhered to, deadlines are met, essential meetings are conducted and recorded.
