Our client, a professional financial advisory firm, is currently seeking a switched on Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Previous experience working within an Accounting/ Financial services firm is advantageous
  • Prior experience in reception and administration
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the program Xplan
  • Sound communication and client engagement skills
  • Experience drafting letters and correspondence and familiarity with ATO documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • The ability to multi-task


Your duties in this role will include:

  • Managing income calls and diverting accordingly
  • Responsibility for all incoming and outgoing mail - scanning and filing
  • Welcoming and greeting clients
  • Management of kitchen and stationery orders
  • Filing and drafting correspondence both with clients and the ATO
  • Creating client files and liaising with the administration team
  • Assisting the Office Manager and the financial planners as requested
