Our client is as registered NDIS provider who delivers quality and safe disability support services tailored to individuals

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • A full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • Previous experience working with NDIS
  • A minimum of one year's experience writing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans
  • Experience in Functional Behavioural Assessment


Your responsibilities will include;

  • Providing high quality assessment and intervention for clients within the context of Psychological Health care in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner, in keeping with accepted best practice standards. This will include clinic-based appointments and home visits
  • Undertaking comprehensive functional behaviour assessments
  • Developing person-centred Behaviour Support Plans, and working within a multidisciplinary team to implement recommendations
  • Training teams and support systems in the implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
  • Reviewing data to inform intervention strategies
  • Training and supporting colleagues, providers and families to implement Behaviour Support Plans and related strategies
  • Providing counselling and intervention strategies to clients
