Our client is a high quality plumbing services business undertaking both commercial and domestic projects across Victoria

They currently have a need for a switched on and experienced Operations / Job Scheduler to work in their Epping office Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 3:00pm.


To be successful in this role you must have:

  • High volume scheduling and reconciliation experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SIMPRO software
  • Experience using the system Xero is advantageous 
  • Able to reconcile scheduling program
  • Demonstrated experience working on projects from an administrative view
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sector knowledge on the Federal, State and Local Government Acts and Regulations


You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level of customer service
  • Liaising with external clients and internal employees
  • Scheduling jobs and contractors
  • Managing and recording purchases
  • Generating and managing quotes
  • Provide administration support to stakeholders
