Chris Sacco


After 30 years working in human resources and recruitment for many large firms, Chris took the leap of faith in 2009 and decided it was time to branch out and start up her own company. For Chris offering an increased level of service to clients and candidates is at the forefront of what she does. Over the years Chris has worked in many industries and recruited candidates to a number of positions. Her level of commitment to her clients and candidates, coupled with her experience and knowledge has ensured her longevity in this fast-paced environment. She feels lucky to be able to work in an industry that she loves – where she has input into people’s lives.

Stephanie Rudderham

General Manager

Stephanie has been with KLC since 2009. It is her knowledge and understanding of our clients, and her ability to understand their needs that has contributed to the success of KLC Recruitment. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Management (Majoring in Human Resources and Marketing) from Deakin University. Stephanie has been working within the industry for over nine years now, she loves what she does. Her skill set coupled with her experience have enabled her to build great client and candidate relationships.

Steph Banks-Smith

Recruitment Resourcer

Steph joined the KLC Recruitment team in October 2017. Having worked in various industry sectors in both internal and external HR / Recruitment, Steph brings a passion for assisting candidates with their career goals and clients with their recruiting needs. Steph holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Graduate Diploma of HR. Her focus is always to provide an approachable, personal and consultative service. Steph is currently on Maternity Leave and will be back in 2019!

Jarrod Sacco

Recruitment Resourcer

Jarrod began his journey at KLC Recruitment as a part time administrator in 2015. Having since moved into a Recruitment Resourcer position upon his completion of Year 12 at Whitefriars College in 2016, Jarrod plans to use the knowledge he will gain through completing his Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Science at Deakin University to further help the KLC team.

Olivia Buhagiar

HR Administrator / Marketing

Olivia has been with KLC since April 2017. Olivia has a Bachelor of Marketing and Business Management from Swinburne University. After 9 years working within the retail and marketing sector we moved Olivia into our Marketing department where she provides excellent social media marketing and event management for international and interstate projects.

Georgia Smythe

Reception / Administration

Georgia started her recruitment career in 2014 and has been with KLC since the start of 2018. Georgia is an experienced Human Resources specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in candidate attraction, talent management, and Human Resource Management she is a fabulous addition to the KLC team.
